Who counts as a paid user?

There are four roles in Candid: Administrators, Statisticians, Programmers, and Reviewers. You are charged for the number of Administrators, Statisticians, and Programmers you need. Reviewer users are not charged. We want to give you the flexibility to add and remove reviewers when you need to.

Do we need to purchase additional software?

No. Candid requires Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server which most organizations have. We will work with your IT department to get Candid setup inside your organization or we can host Candid for you. Contact us for details.

Can we host in the cloud?

Yes, Candid can be hosted in the cloud. We are happy to manage cloud infrastructure for you at an additional cost or work with your team to deploy Candid in your own cloud environment. Contact us to discuss.

What browsers does Candid support?

Candid is a web-based, database application. It runs in Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
